Chladiče CPU: pět věží v testu

Tato recenze se tématem bude dotýkat oblasti procesorových chladičů a představí se v ní podobné modely od společností Arctic, Cooler Master, Corsair, Thermaltake a Zalman. Tento souboj pak bude soudcovat referenční Noctua NH-U12P.

Nyní již zbývá si jen v krátkosti povědět o tom, co jsme se dnes dozvěděli z testu procesorových chladičů Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev. 2, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, Corsair Air Series A70, Thermaltake ISGC-300 a Zalman CNPS10X Performa. Ty byly vybrány díky tomu, že nabízí velmi podobné zpracování, a tak jsme je mohli porovnávat za stejných podmínek a nastavení otáček jejich ventilátorů.
Máme tu však dvě cenové hladiny - jednu kolem 700 - 800 Kč, kam se vejde většina modelů a pak výrazně nad 1000 Kč, kde se pohybuje Corsair A70 a vedle něj i Noctua NH-U12P, která nám posloužila jako referenční chladič. Cena tedy bude hrát podstatnou roli při posuzování výkonu a rozhodující byla i při udělení našeho ocenění.
Pro pořádek si uvedeme orientační ceny těchto chladičů v Kč s DPH. Podotýkám, že se v různých obchodech velmi liší.
Ocenění BEST OF TEST získává chladič Zalman CNPS10X Performa
za kvalitní zpracování a nejlepší poměr cena/výkon. Logo ocenění je ke stažení zde.
Chladič Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev. 2 patří mezi ty nejlevnější ze zkoumané pětice (aktuální ceny najdete v jejich tabulkách), avšak na druhou stranu dosáhl v teplotních testech jedněch nejhorších výsledků společně s Thermaltake ISGC-300, který byl ještě navíc druhý nejdražší (i když těsně).
Lépe na tom byl levný Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, ovšem i ten zastínily chladiče Corsair Air Series A70 a Zalman CNPS10X Performa. A právě Zalman nad modelem firmy Corsair jasně vede díky nižší ceně, tudíž nevidím důvod, proč by si naše ocenění BEST OF TEST neměl odnést právě on. Corsair sice nabídne ventilátor navíc, ovšem za výrazně vyšší cenu. K Zalmanu si další ventilátor navíc také můžeme připojit a aspoň se budeme moci svobodně rozhodnout, zda nám stojí jeho koupě za to.
Now it is time for a short evaluation of our test of five CPU "tower" coolers: Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev. 2, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, Corsair Air Series A70, Thermaltake ISGC-300 and Zalman CNPS10X Performa. These models were chosen because of their similar designs, so we were able to approach the test using the same methods and the same conditions, which also applies to the fan settings.
However, the tested coolers happen to be in different price ranges. Most of them cost about 700 - 800 CZK and then there is Corsair A70 and our reference cooler Noctua NH-U12P with price much above 1000 CZK. And naturally, price will be a very important aspect for our final conclusion and evaluation.
Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev. 2 is one of the cheapest tested cooler, but on the other hand it was also one of the weakest considering its performance. Thermaltake ISGC-300 also did not perform well and on top of that its price is the second biggest. Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus has decent performance for a reasonable price, but still it was not able to outshine Corsair Air Series A70 and Zalman CNPS10X Performa. And it is Zalman that should be praised more, since in contrast with Corsair it offers a very reasonable price, so our prize BEST OF TEST goes to Korea. Corsair on the other hand offers two fans, but it is still not much of a bargain. Anyway, CNPS10X alsp supports two fans and it is up to us, whether we wish to buy an extra fan to make a pair or not.
